More – than – coffee.

19 December

Meet Old Spike.

Written by Ed Vickers

We’ve enjoyed meeting some seriously social businesses on our journey so far. However these guys are particularly roasting.

Their purpose; fighting homelessness in the UK by roasting and supplying some of the countries finest specialty coffee. AND please, don’t take our word for it, head to their cafe in Peckham, sit down with one of their flat whites and you’ll know what they’re talking about. It would also be easy to mistake these guys just as a great coffee shop but behind every espresso and larte is a business model impacting and empowering the lives of many.

They’ve used their obsession with great coffee to provide training, jobs and help with housing for those transitioning out of homelessness.

We’re excited to launch our Jollie’s X Old Spike range available only in their Coffee Shop in Peckham (54 Peckham Rye, London SE15 4JR) and THIS BECAUSE POP UP (18 Broadwick Street, London, W1F 8HS) to celebrate all they’re doing and partner with others looking to tackle the problem of homelessness in the UK. Our weapons, coffee and socks!
